We listed our house with a very well-known long-time agent that does a lot of business in our area in the fall of 2022. This particular agent promised the moon and delivered nothing. She immediately passed us off to one of her team members and things went down hill from there. After 60 days we took the house off the market. We tried for years after our dad passed away to have our mom downsize and our pleas fell on deaf ears.
